The Superbowl is ready for a brand new year
Guess what everybody the time is here
Playing with the pigskin thats really made of leather
As far as I’m concerned it’s just a time to get together

While some people root for their favorite quarterback
I’d rather be rooting for my favorite snack
Go ahead and cheer for the big linebackers
While I help myself to more cheese and crackers

Let’s all party with pigs in a blanket
Dunk cookies in milk, I think I just sank it
You watch the game I don’t mean to be rude
But I’d much rather focus on eating the food

Enjoy the commercials and the game on tv
Go ahead and watch it’s just more food for me
“Go Team Go” is the crowd’s favorite cheer
I think I have to go now - I drank too much root beer

Everyone’s upset ’cause their team has fumbled
I’m more upset that my tummy just grumbled
Pass the football and get a score
If you pass by the pretzels could you grab me some more?
